VART KA MALAI KOFTA
1.....1 kadahi mai ek karachi oil lay, garm keray.
2.....8 tomatoes ka paste, ek piece ginger ka paste kadahi mai dalay.
3.....1/2 spoon each dhaniya powder, salt, 1/4 spoon each degi Mirch, garm masala, dalay ,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.
4.....gas bund karay,gravy thundi keray,doodh dal ker mixi may paste bana lay.
5.....kadahi mai paste nikaly,ek spoon sugar,according to thickness u need , gravy mai doodh dalay , 1/2 cup each malai , white butter dalay,mix keray.
6..... Gas on keray 5 min bhoonay.
7.....FOR KOFTA ......3 boiled grated aloo,200 gm grated paneer mai 1/4 spoon each jeera powder,dhaniya powder,salt ,2 big spoon sawank k rice ka atta mix keray.
8..... Kisi bhi shape mai koftay bana lay ,deep fry keray,medium flame per ,golden brown karay.
9..... Plate mai pahlay koftay rakhay, uskay ooper garma garm gravy dalay.
10..... Garnish it with badam slice, cream or malai.
