1.....ek cooker mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera dalay.

2.....1/2 phool chopped gobhi,1 chopped aloo,1/2 cup sweet corn dalay.

3.....5 min bhoonay, 3/4 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala,haldi dalay.

4.....2 min bhoonay, 1 glass rice 1 glass paani mai bheegay,1 chopped tomato dalay,mix keray.

5.....1 whistle day, steam nikal nay per kholay.

6..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd,raita etc.

1.....takreeban 3 katoori atta , 1  1/2 glass paani dal ker dough banaye.

2.....dough mai say ek ball lay, chotti roti balay,according to taste salt,red chilli powder dalay.

4..... Taway per prantha dalay ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.

6..... Boiled rice dalay,mix keray,microwave dish mai dalay, garm keray.

4..... Sprouts ko1/2 cup paani 1/3 spoon each salt, haldi k saath cooker mai ek whistle day,turan steam nikal day.

5.....ya 5 min microwave ker lay.

6..... Sprouts,1 each chopped onion ,tomato, green chilli ,1 lemon ka juice,1 spoon chaat Masala bowl mai dalay.

7..... Mix it, & serve it,garnish it any namkeen.

4.....gas say uttaray,5 min thunda keray,1/2 spoon each salt, black pepper mix keray.

5.....maiday ki 2 poori belay,1 poori per oil spread keray,doosri poori us per rakhay,belay patli say patli,jitni possible ho.

6.....taway per dono side say sakay,plate mai nikaly.

7..... Roti ko beech mai say alag ker lay.

8.....ek roti lay,momos chutney,mint chutney ,veggies spread keray.

9..... Dono side say fold keray, phir roll bana lay,ya square pranthay ki trah fold keray.

10..... Grilled toaster mai thoda oil laga ker light brown honay tuk toast keray.

SARSO KA SAAG (my style Punjabi saag)

1.....1kg sarso,palak ka mix saag wash karay, chop keray, 45 min boil keray.

2.....According to taste handy say pees lay,jitni thickness aap ko pasand ho.

3.....1 lohay ki kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm kerayl, 10_12 garlic cloves, 4 big green chilli dono ko chopped keray.

4.....oil mai dalay light brown karay ,4 tomatoes ka paste dalay,1/2 spoon each salt dhaniya powder dalay.

5.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, saag dalay,ek boil aanay per dhuk ker rakhay.

6..... According to taste jitni thickness pasand ho tub tuk bhoonay.

Note.....mere husband ko green colour ka pasand hai to unkay liye kum bhoonti hu,pahlay nikal leti hu.

Mujhay sookha pasand hai to bhoon bhoon ker sookha leti hu.

Lohay ki kadahi mai sookhi veggies bana nay say iron milta hai.

6..... Tadka chollay (chanay)mai dalay,full gas per paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay.

4..... Golden brown karay, serve it with chana halwa prasad.

1..... 1 Cup desi ghee kadhai mai lay,1 cup atta dalay light brown karay, medium flame per.

2..... Ya dhoda time full thoda time slow fire per rakhay.

3.....1 1/2 cup paani dalay saath hi turant 1/2 cup sugar dalay, mix karay oil chod nay tuk, ya jub kadhi poori clean ho jaye or halwa ikhtha ho jaye tub tuk bhunay.

4..... Gas off karay ,serve it with choly poori.

NOTE

1..... Hamesha pahlay paani dalay phir sugar.nahi to theek nahi banagaya.

2..... Paani or sugar dal nay mai 1_2 second ka gap hi hota hai, isliye ,sugar ,water pahlay say hi nikaal ker rakhay.

1.....1 kadahi mai ek karachi oil lay, garm keray.

2.....8 tomatoes ka paste,  ek piece ginger ka paste kadahi mai dalay.

3.....1/2 spoon each dhaniya powder, salt, 1/4 spoon each degi Mirch, garm masala, dalay ,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.

4.....gas bund karay,gravy thundi keray,doodh dal ker mixi may paste bana lay.

5.....kadahi mai paste nikaly,ek spoon sugar,according to thickness u need , gravy mai doodh dalay , 1/2 cup each malai , white butter dalay,mix keray.

6..... Gas on keray  5 min bhoonay.

7.....FOR KOFTA ......3 boiled grated  aloo,200 gm grated paneer mai 1/4 spoon each  jeera powder,dhaniya powder,salt ,2 big spoon sawank k rice ka atta mix keray.

8..... Kisi bhi shape mai koftay bana lay ,deep fry keray,medium flame per ,golden brown karay.

9..... Plate mai pahlay koftay rakhay, uskay ooper garma garm gravy dalay.

10..... Garnish it with badam slice, cream or malai.

3..... Steam nikal nay per badi plate mai thunda ker lay, mash keray mixi may ya haath say.

4..... Ya sanwank Kay rice ka leftover pulav hai usay bhi hum use ker saktay hai.

5..... Mixi may thoda paani dal ker pees lay.ya 1 big bowl rice bachay hai to 1 glass paani dal ker ek whistle day.soft ho jayengay.phir mash nahi kerna padta.

6.....nonstick taway per oil laga ker garm keray,rice ka bada da ball lay taway per dalay,haath say spread karay.

7..... Makki ki roti ki tarah ya kisi spoon ko oil mai dip keray phir spoon ki help say press keray.

4..... Jitni gravy pasand ho utna milk dalay,5 min bhoonay .

5..... Jub serve kerna ho 250 gm chopped paneer dalay, 5 min dhuk ker cook keray.

6..... Serve it with jeera sawank rice or garma garm singharay k attay ki roti.

Note..... Agar gravy smooth na lagay to,paneer dal nay say pahlay thunda ker Kay gravy mixi may pees lay.

3.....1/2,1/2sp salt ,haldi,1/4 sp red chilli dalay,1 min bhunay phir aloo dalay.

4.....1/2 cup paani dalay 5 min bhunay.stuffing is ready.

 NOTE_________Is stuffing ko dosa,idli prantha, bread slice kisi mai bhi daal ker ek nai dish bun sakti hai.

1.....readymade batter lay,ya1 glass urad dhuli dal lay,2 glass rice lay,1sp mehi Dana lay dho ker morning mai bhigo day.

2.....raat ko pees lay, 1 sp salt dalay,mix it,dhuk ker rakhay ,subh fermentation ho jayagi.

3.....ek nonstick tawa lay oil lagaye Zara sa kisi,cloth say pooray taway per dalay.

4.....phir halka sa gas per garm ker lay,ek kalchi batter lay,or dalay jaldi ,jaldi taki chipkay nahi.

5..... phir 2sp oil dalay dosay per,crispy light brown karay.

6..... aloo ya paneer ki stuffing bharay fold kerkay sambhar k saath serve karay.

Note.....Nonstick taway per, bilkul halka sa tawa garm keray,oil spread keray, half onion cut keray,onion say taway per oil phalaye thoda onion press kertay huye,jayda garm say dosa sahi nahi banta,second dosa banatay huye tawa tap k neechay running water k neechay rakh ker thunda keray, phir kisi cloth say sookha day ,phir second dosa spread keray. Thodi practice k baad aap 5 min ka rest  day  taway ko phir next dosa spread keray. Phir running water mai wash nahi kerna padaga

1.....200gm. cream ,2 spoon powdered sugar, according to taste chopped fruits.

2.....1/2 each chopped bandana, apple,2 slice chopped sarda,1 chikoo,1/2 each chopped orange,kiwi.

3..... 7_8 chopped kaju,badam,15_20 kishmish

5..... Saaray ingredients bowl mai dalay mix keray, fridge mai chill keray.

6.....garnish it with oranges.

JHUTPUT SAWANK KA PULAV

1.....250 gm. ( 3/4 glass)Sawank k rice 1 1/4 glass paani mai bhigo day.

2..... Cooker mai rice with water,1/2 Karachi oil, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli, 1/4 garm masala dalay.

3..... 1 whistle day, steam nikal nay per kholay.

4..... Serve it garma garm with curd.

1.....4 boiled mashed aloo lay,ek pan mai 2 spoon oil garm keray .

2.....1/4 spoon jeera,2 chopped green chilli dalay, 1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli dalay.

3.....2 tomatoes ka paste ,1/3 spoon amchoor powder dalay mix keray.

4..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, aloo dalay,5 min sim per bhoonay.

5..... Garnish it with green coriander (optional)
