DAHI TIKKI CHAAT

1.....2 Kg boiled grated aloo, 1/2 spoon salt, 250 gm bhiga saboodana( nichoda hua)mix keray.

2..... Non stick taway per oil garm keray aloo mix ki tikki bana ker taway per rakhay.

3..... Dono side say light brown karay.plate mai nikaly.

4.....dahi,meethi sonth, mint chutney, bhuna jeera powder, degi mirch say garnishing keray.DAHI TIKKI CHAT
