1.....250 gm. Singharay k attay mai 2 boiled mashed aloo, 1/2 spoon salt, 1/2 glass paani mix ker k dough banaye.

2..... Kadahi mai oil garm keray, kisi bhi polythin per oil laga ker poori banaye.

3..... Oil mai deep fry keray ,golden brown honay tuk.

4..... Isi tarha saari poori banaye.

5..... Serve it with garma garm malai paneer, sookhi aloo sabzi,mint chutney.
