LAHSUNI ALOO
(GARLIC FLAVORED POTATO)
1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray ,8_10 chopped garlic dalay.
2..... Light brown karay, 5 chopped aloo dalay.
3.....1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, mix keray, dhuk ker aloo soft honay tuk sim per rakhay.
4.....beech mai mix kertay rahay. Soft honay per 1/3 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala,dhaniya powder dalay.
5.....mix keray,2 min bhoonay. Serve it with garma garm roti.
