1..... 250 Gm. Singharay k attay mai 2 big boiled mashed aloo, 1/2 spoon salt dalay.

2..... Takreeban 1/2 Glass paani say dough banaye.

3..... Non stick taway per oil lagaye 1 spoon, garm keray .

4.....dough mai say ball banaye, koi poli thin lay do side say cut karay, ek side say juda rahnay day.

5..... Polythin per beech mai thoda oil lagaye,dough ki ball rakhay,addhi polythin per ,aadhi polythin dough ki ball per rakhay.

6..... Haath say press keray, roti banaye, haath per lay ker taway per dalay.

7..... Ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown karay.

8..... Serve it with MALAI PANEER or curd or mint chutney.

Note..... App chaye to dough ki ball bana ker seedha taway per roti bana saktay hai, thoda thoda paani laga ker haath say press ker Kay.
