SARSO KA SAAG






SARSO KA SAAG (my style Punjabi saag)

1.....1kg sarso,palak ka mix saag wash karay, chop keray, 45 min boil keray.

2.....According to taste handy say pees lay,jitni thickness aap ko pasand ho.

3.....1 lohay ki kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm kerayl, 10_12 garlic cloves, 4 big green chilli dono ko chopped keray.

4.....oil mai dalay light brown karay ,4 tomatoes ka paste dalay,1/2 spoon each salt dhaniya powder dalay.

5.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, saag dalay,ek boil aanay per dhuk ker rakhay.

6..... According to taste jitni thickness pasand ho tub tuk bhoonay.

Note.....mere husband ko green colour ka pasand hai to unkay liye kum bhoonti hu,pahlay nikal leti hu.

Mujhay sookha pasand hai to bhoon bhoon ker sookha leti hu.

Lohay ki kadahi mai sookhi veggies bana nay say iron milta hai.
