1.....UMLI k seeds nikal ker salt laga ker rakhay, jayda chalaye gi.

2.....MATHRI banatay time thodi sooji or besan bhi milaye crispy or healthy banagee .

3......SALAD SANDWICH foil paper mai roll kertay time thoda milk laga day bread per,soft rehaye gay.

4.....SALAD LEAVES haath say today,knife say nahi.kalay nahi hongay.

5.....GRAVY WALI VEG mai moongfali powder dalay, tasty banagee.

6.....BAIGAN bhoon nay k baad dhuk day,chilka jaldi nikal jayega.

7.....DAL K VADAY bana nay k baad lassi mai bhigo ye.

8.....DOSA batter k liye1 cup urad dhuli dal, 2 cup rice,1/4 spoon meethi dana bhigo day,paste banatay time 1 cup boil rice bhi pees lay.

9.....IDLI k liye ek cup urad dhuli dal, 3 cup readymade rice ka atta use keray.

10.....besan mai rice atta mix keray, phir PAKORAY banaye.

11.....cornflakes buch jaye to 2_3 din dhoop mai sookha ker peesay, BREAD CRUMBS ki tarah use keray.
