ALOO SABOODANA CUTLET(VART)
Punjabi aloo mash ki sabzi buch gai to uskay cutlet bana diye.
1.....jitni sabzi bachi hui ho utna bhigo saboodana mila lay.
2.....mix keray,phir cutlet ki shape day ker deep fry keray.
3..... Golden brown honay per plate mai nikal lay.
4..... Serve it with mint chutney or iski dahi,sonth dal ker chaat bhi bana saktay hai.
5..... Aap isay taway per bhi shallow fry ker saktay hai .
6..... Sabzi na ho to simple boiled aloo mai masaly dal ker bhi bana saktay hai.
