1.....2,1/2 Glass kalay chanay raat ko bhigo day.
2..... Morning mai cooker mai dalay, ek whistle day, phir slow per rakhay, total 1 hour rakhay.
3.....steam nikal nay per cooker kholay.
4..... Ek kadahi mai 2 Karachi oil garm keray, ek plate mai 1 spoon jeera,2 spoon salt, 1,1/2 spoon each amchoor powder, dhaniya powder, 1 spoon red chilli powder,1/2 spoon garm masala dalay .
5..... Oil mai pahlay,jeera crackle keray,phir saaray masalay dalay,gas bund karay.
6..... Tadka chollay (chanay)mai dalay,full gas per paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay.
7..... Serve it with halwa poori.
