VART KA MALAI PANEER
1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 4 tomatoes ka paste dalay.
2.....1/3 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon each red chilli, garm masala dalay.
3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, 1 cup malai dalay, 2_3 min bhoonay.
4..... Jitni gravy pasand ho utna milk dalay,5 min bhoonay .
5..... Jub serve kerna ho 250 gm chopped paneer dalay, 5 min dhuk ker cook keray.
6..... Serve it with jeera sawank rice or garma garm singharay k attay ki roti.
Note..... Agar gravy smooth na lagay to,paneer dal nay say pahlay thunda ker Kay gravy mixi may pees lay.
