SANWANK KAY RICE KI CRISPY ROTI

1..... 250 gm. Sawank k rice,wash keray, 1/1/4 glass paani mai bhigo day.

2..... Cooker mai with paani dalay, rice ko ek whistle day.

3..... Steam nikal nay per badi plate mai thunda ker lay, mash keray mixi may ya haath say.

4..... Ya sanwank Kay rice ka leftover pulav hai usay bhi hum use ker saktay hai.

5..... Mixi may thoda paani dal ker pees lay.ya 1 big bowl rice bachay hai to 1 glass paani dal ker ek whistle day.soft ho jayengay.phir mash nahi kerna padta.

6.....nonstick taway per oil laga ker garm keray,rice ka bada da ball lay taway per dalay,haath say spread karay.

7..... Makki ki roti ki tarah ya kisi spoon ko oil mai dip keray phir spoon ki help say press keray.

8..... Oil spread karay roti ki sides per,slow per rakhay ,neechay say browning honay per,plate mai plat day direct taway say.

9..... Kisi spoon say keray say toot saktay hai, phir plate say taway per turn keray roti.

10..... Phir oil spread karay, gas full keray, golden brown karay.

11..... Serve it with mint chutney or malai paneer.
