DOSA STUFFING (18 June 2016)

1.....750 gm aloo boiled mashed lay.

2..... pan mai ek big sp oil lay ,1 sp sarso dana crackle karay,6_7 dry red chilli, 15,20 kari patta,4sp bheegi channa dal dalay light brown karay.

3.....1/2,1/2sp salt ,haldi,1/4 sp red chilli dalay,1 min bhunay phir aloo dalay.

4.....1/2 cup paani dalay 5 min bhunay.stuffing is ready.

 NOTE_________Is stuffing ko dosa,idli prantha, bread slice kisi mai bhi daal ker ek nai dish bun sakti hai.
