BAIGAN K CRISPY PAKORAY SINGHARAY K ATTAY K

Singharay ka atta buch gaya to uskay baigan k pakoray bana diye.my husband's favourite.

1.....250gm singharay kay attay mai 1/2 spoon salt, paani dal ker batter bana lay.

2..... 1 medium size baigan kisi bhi shape mai katay.

3.....baigan k pieces batter mai dip keray.

4..... Kadahi mai garm oil mai deep fry keray golden brown honay tuk.

5..... Serve it with mint chutney or sauce.
