1.....readymade batter lay,ya1 glass urad dhuli dal lay,2 glass rice lay,1sp mehi Dana lay dho ker morning mai bhigo day.
2.....raat ko pees lay, 1 sp salt dalay,mix it,dhuk ker rakhay ,subh fermentation ho jayagi.
3.....ek nonstick tawa lay oil lagaye Zara sa kisi,cloth say pooray taway per dalay.
4.....phir halka sa gas per garm ker lay,ek kalchi batter lay,or dalay jaldi ,jaldi taki chipkay nahi.
5..... phir 2sp oil dalay dosay per,crispy light brown karay.
6..... aloo ya paneer ki stuffing bharay fold kerkay sambhar k saath serve karay.
Note.....Nonstick taway per, bilkul halka sa tawa garm keray,oil spread keray, half onion cut keray,onion say taway per oil phalaye thoda onion press kertay huye,jayda garm say dosa sahi nahi banta,second dosa banatay huye tawa tap k neechay running water k neechay rakh ker thunda keray, phir kisi cloth say sookha day ,phir second dosa spread keray. Thodi practice k baad aap 5 min ka rest day taway ko phir next dosa spread keray. Phir running water mai wash nahi kerna padaga
