HEALTHY BAKED ARBI KABAB

1.....ek kg.arbi cooker mai paani dal ker boil kerey,ek whistle aanye per 10 minute slow flame per rakhey steam nikal ney per cooker kholay.

2......arbi plate mai nikalye cheel lay,arbi mash ker ley,mixi jaar mai 1cup  curd,ek gaanth garlic peeled,ek piece ginger peeled dalye.

3.....1/2 spoon salt,1/2 spoon garm masala,1 spoon each amchoor,dhaniya powder,degi mirch dalye pees ley.

4.....batter aur arbi bowl mai mix keray.

5.....1,2 hour rest day,oven ko 230 degree Celsius per preheat kerey,tray mai bursh sey oil ya butter lagye,phir marrinated arbi ko haath se kabab ki shape dey, tray mai rakhye,according to your oven ya 35 min tak golden brown honay tak bake keray.

6.....beech beech mai check kertay rahey aur 2 baar bursh sey oil lagaye,Golden brown honay per,arbi turn keray aur doobara say 30 minute tak bake keray, serve it with mint chutney,saunth/meethi chutney or garma garm chapati.
