1.....1 Glass washed rajma cooker mai dalye,ek glass paani dalye,gas per rakhye,cooker mai ek whistle anye per gas band keray.
2.....steam nikal nay per,2,1/2 Lt.paani rajma mai aur dalye,1 whistle aanay per 30 min slow fire per rakhay,gas band keray.
3..... ek Pan mai 1 karchi oil lay, 1 big onion cut karay, golden brown karay.
4..... 4 tomatoes,10_14 garlic cloves, ginger ek piece mixi mai dalay, paste bana lay.
5..... Pan mai dalay, 1 spoon each dhaniya powder, salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, garm Masala dalay mix karay.
5..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay,ek katori chopped hara dhaniya dale,2 minute bhoone,ye tadka rajma mai mix karay, lid band karay,ek whistle day.
6.....Steam nikal nay per,cooker kholay,jitni gravy pasand ho utna time gas per cooker ka dhakan/lid khol ker cooker gas per rakhye,garnish with green coriender serve with rice aur roti.
7.....isi method say cholay bhi bana sakte hai.
