2....haat say lagaatar golai mai hilay,jub usmay say todha thodha doodh nikal nay lagay to white butter ready hai .
3..... Ab butter mai chilled paani dalay,malai say double,malai phir haath say hilaay.
4..... Ab kadhi mai say saara paani nikaal day, butter alag ker lay.
5.....Jo paani baccha hai wo butter milk hota hai,isay fridge mai rakh ker thanda keray.
6.....ab is may taste k according salt,khaand ya sugar dal ker piye.
7.....ye bahut healthy hota hai,ismay bahut vitamins hotey hai.
NOTE
1.....Isey hum lassi/chaach ki tarah ya kadhi bananay mai ya cake k batter mai use ker saktay hai.
2..... Pahaly jub mai food prosseser ,ya hand blender say banati thi to time bhi yada lagta tha or waste bhi hota tha butter.haath say jaldi banta hai ,waste bhi nahi hota.
3.....Winter mai malai fridger mai rakhey, issay malai mai bad smell nahi aati.jab ghee banana ho ek din/24 hours pehlay fridger mai say nikal ker frideg mai rakh ley.
