AFGAANI CHAAP ( WHITE GRAVY CHAAP )

1.....1/2 kg soyabeen chaap wash karey,usmay say stick nikaal day, length wise cut karay, do piece may.

2.....bowl mai dalay, 2 spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/3 spoon each black pepper powder, salt, 1 cup curd,1 _1 1/2 cup malai or cream bowl mai dalay.

3..... Mix karay 8_10 hour k liye marinate karay, jaldi ho to using time bhi bana saktay hai.

4.....pan mai, 1 spoon butter ( optional) lay chaaps dalay ,ek boil aanay per gas slow fire per rakhay.

5..... Dhuk ker 10 min rakhay, gravy,curd ,cream according to taste bhi rukh saktay hai.

6..... Plate mai dalay, chaat Masala sprinkle karay .Serve it as snacks or with roomali roti.
