WHITE SAUCE PASTA

WHITE SAUCE PASTA

1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 big spoon oil/butter lay,1 medium size chopped onion ,7_8 chopped garlic cloves dalay.

2.....2 min transparent karay, 4 full spoon maida dalay 2_3 min high flame per bhunay.

3..... Halka sa colour change honay per thoda thoda milk dalay lagatar hilatay rahay.total 2 glass milk dalay.

4..... Ganthay ( lumps) na paday , yadi lumps aa jaye to stainer mai chaan lay.

5..... Bachi hui lumps Jo stainer mai rah jaye usay bowl mai dalay, 1 glass milk dalay, spoon say lumps ko press karay.

6..... Vapis stainer mai chanay.Ab gravy ko vapis kadahi mai dalay, ek boil day. 1/2 spoon each salt, black pepper, oregano mix karay.

7..... According to packet pasta boil karay, kadahi mai dalay, 5 min tuk bhunay, ya according to taste gravy thick honay tuk bhunay.

8..... Serve it hot ,garnish it with oregano.

Note.....app chaye to ismay milk k saath 1 cup malai / cream/ cheese bhi daal saktay hai.

Aap ismay koi bhi veggies bhi daal saktay hai like brokali , red yellow bell pepper etc.
