CHINESE CHILLI PANEER

CHINESE CHILLI PANEER

1.....1 Kg paneer square mai cut karay. 1 cup each cornflour/ araroat
Maida bowl mai dalay.

2.....1/3 spoon salt, 1 spoon degi mirch powder dalay pakoray jaisa ghol bana lay.

3..... 1 spoon garlic paste dalay mix karay, paneer dalay mix karay golden brown pakoray deep fry keray. Plate mai nikal lay.

NOTE.....In pakoro ko app mint chutni ya momos ki chutni k saath bhi asaye hi serve ker saktay hai.

In pakoray k paneer wrap ( roll) bhi bana saktay hai.

4..... Kadahi mai 1/2 big spoon oil dalay, 2 spoon ginger garlic paste dalay ek min bhunay.

5.....4 onion, 4 capsicum square mai cut karay, kadahi mai dalay ek min bhunay.

6.....2 spoon red chilli paste ya momos ki chutni dalay, salt according to taste dalay.chilli paste bhi according to taste ker saktay hai.

7.....2 spoon cornflour panni mai gholay,kadahi mai dalay mix karay, paneer dalay mix karay. Dry ya garay according to taste.

8..... Garnish with spring onion.optional.

NOTE....according to taste app chayey to soya sauce,vineger bhi daal saktay hai.
