TASTY MASALA NADRU ( BHEY) ( KAMAL KAKRI)

1.....1 bhey ki moti big stick peel karay slice katay ,ek cooker mai ek katori paani daal ker ek whistle day.

2.....1 kadahi mai 1 big kalchi oil dalay, 2 big chopped onion,2 green chilli chopped dalay light brown karay.

3.....4 tomatoes, 7_8 garlic cloves ka paste onion mai dalay.

4.....1/2 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder, dhaniya powder, haldi 1/3 spoon, garm Masala 1/4 spoon dalay.

5..... Mix karay ,oil chod nay tuk bhunay, bhey Chaan ker masalay mai dalay, 5 min dhuk ker bhunay.

6..... Serve it with roti or rice.
