MOTH CHAWAL WITH HEENG MANGO PICKLE

1.....3/4 Glass moth ki dal 4 glass paani mai bhigo day 7_8 hour k liye.

2..... Cooker mai dalay dal with panni, 3/4 spoon salt, 1/3 spoon haldi dalay, ek whistle day.

3.....10 min slow fire per rakhay. Gas off karay.

4.....1 pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay,1 chopped onion , 3 green chilli chopped dalay light brown karay.

5.....3 tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/3 spoon red chilli powder dalay mix karay.

6..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, dal mai dalay, ek boil day , sim per 10 min rakhay.

7..... Serve with roti or rice with heeng ka aam wala pickle.

 NOTE.....App moth chawal mai imli ki chutni or kachori bhi daal saktay hai. WO bun jayega famous moth chawal kachori.
