KALI KADHI K BAIGAN( PUNJABI) ( LOHEY KI KADHI MAI)
1.....EK lohaye (iron) ki kadahi mai 1/2 big spoon mustard oil garm karay.
2..... Smoking point per gas slow fire per karay, ek baigan 2 aloo chopped dalay.
3.....1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, haldi ,dhaniya powder, garm Masala dalay mix karay.
4..... Dhuk ker soft honay tuk pukaye,beech beech mai hilatay rahay.
5..... Serve it with roti.
NOTE.....LOHEY ki kadahi mai bana nay say humay iron milta hai.
