MASALA FRIED KATHAL

1.....1/2 Kg kathal k pieces deep fry ,golden brown karay.

2.....1/2 big spoon oil lay, 2 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilli golden brown karay.

3.....4 tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, haldi,dhaniya powder, 1/4 garm Masala powder dalay.

4..... Mix karay, oil chod nay tuk bhunay, kathal dalay,1/2 cup paani dalay,dhuk ker 5_10 min tuk ,slow per rakhay.

5..... Beech mai hilatay rahay, oil chod nay per, serve with roti or rice.
