TAWA NAAN
1.....1/2 Kg maida,1/2 spoon salt mix karay, dahi say roti jaisa dough bana lay .
2.....6,7 hour k liye rakhay.
3..... Tawa garm karay, naam balay sookha aata luga ker. Ek bowl mai paani lay.
4..... Naan per haath say paani lugay,chaaye to kalongi ya hara dhaniya chopped lugaye.
5..... Tawey per naam paani wali side say chipka day ,kisi kapday ( cloth) say halka
press karay.
6..... Tawa gas per ultaa ker day, Kali bonday aa nay per tawa seedha ker day gas per.
7..... Jub tuk doosra naan balay,chimtay say khurch ker naan nikal lay.
8..... Plate mai dalay with butter or without butter serve with any veg or dal, like methi malai paneer, dhabay wali dal.
NOTE..... Isi dough say aap Bhaturay bhi bana saktay hai. Or paneer roll bhi.
Naan app kisi bhi shape mai banaye gol ya lumbay.
