STUFFED MASALA BHINDI
1.....1/2 Kg bhindi wash ker k sukha lay.length wise cut karay lakin Judi rahay.
2..... Yanni beech mai say cut ( cheera) lugaye.
3.....1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, amchoor powder, haldi , 1 spoon dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala ,1/3 spoon salt ek katori mai mix karay.
4..... Saari bhindi mai thoda thoda dry Masala bharay.
5 ek kadahi mai 1 big spoon musturd oil dalay smoking point per gas slow fire per karay.
6..... Kadahi mai bhindi dalay slow fire per light brown karay ya according to taste sirf soft honay tuk gas per rakhay.
7..... Serve it with garma garm roti.
