1.....2_3 big onion sliced, 1/2 kg bhindi golai mai kaat lay.
2.....1 big kadachi sarso ka oil kadahi mai lay,smoking point per bhindi ,payaz ek saath dalay. Kadahi mai.
3.....1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay,slow per light brown karay, phir 1/2 spoon red chilli powder dalay mix karay.
4..... 2 min bhunay, gas off karay serve with roti.
