VERY EASY PEELI DAL
1.....1 Glass Lal masoor ki dal 2 Lt paani mai bhigo day, 2 hour k liye.
2..... Cooker mai dalay with paani, salt ek spoon, haldi 1/2 spoon dalay, ek whistle aanay per gas off karay.
3..... Turant steam nikal day,yadi paani nikal nay lugay to tap kay paani k nicchay rukhay steam nikal nay tuk.
4..... Pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay garm karay 1 spoon sarso Dana( mustard seeds) 7_8 dry red chilli, 10_15 kari pattay( optional) 1/2 spoon red chilli powder ka tadka ( chonk ) lugaaye.
5..... Dal mai dalay, serve with roti or rice.
