MAKHANI DAL

1.....1/2 glass each urad saboot,rajma 3 Lt paani mai bhigo day 6_7 hour k liye.

2..... Cooker mai dalay ,gas on karay, ek whistle day ker, gas slow per rakhay 45 min.tuk.

3.....Steam nikal jaanay per lid khol day,pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, 1 chopped onion dalay.

4.....light brown karay, 4 tomatoes, 10_15 garlic cloves ka paste bana lay, pan mai dalay.

5.....1spoon salt, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder, 1/4 garm Masala dalay, bhunay oil chod nay tuk.

6.....dal mai tadka dalay, mix karay, ek whistle day. Steam nikalnay per, ek cup malai dalay, mix karay, ek boil day.

7..... Serve it with tandoori roti or naan or rice.
