1.....1 Glass kabuli ( white)( chittay) Cholay 6_7 hour k liye bhindi day.1 whistle day, 15 min slow fire per rakhay.
2.....1 pan mai 1 big spoon oil lay, 1. Big chopped onion dalay light brown karay.
3.....4 tomatoes, 10 garlic cloves, ginger ka piece ka paste bana lay, pan mai dalay.
4..... 1 spoon each salt, dhaniya powder, degi mirch powder , 1/2 spoon haldi, 1/3 spoon garm Masala dalay.
5..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, cholaye mai dalay mix karay, ek whistle day.
6..... Serve it with roti or rice.
