FRIED MASALA BHINDI

FRIED Masala BHINDI

1.....1/2 Kg bhindi length wise cut karay. Kadahi mai oil garam karay, Bhindi deep dry karay.

2..... Ligh brown karay, plate mai nikal lay.

3.....ek kalchi oil chod ker baaki oil nikal day.usmay 2 chopped onion dalay light brown karay.

4.....2 tomatoes, 8_10 garlic cloves, ginger ek piece ka paste bana lay, onion mai dalay.

5.....1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder ,dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay

6..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, bhindi mix karay is Masalay mai,5 min dhuk ker slow fire per rakhay.

7..... Gas off karay, serve with roti.
