TIL KABAB

1.....1/2 kg aloo boiled mashed, ek pooray garlic ka paste, 2 bread slice paani mai bhigo ker press karay, sarra paani nikal day.

2.....1/3 spoon salt bowl mai dalay,saaray ingredients mix karay, kabab ki shape day.

3.....1 spoon maida mai panni dal ker better bana lay.1 plate mai 1/2 cup til dal lay.

4..... Kabab maiday mai dip karay, til mai roll karay, halkay haath say press karay .

5..... Kabab deep fry karay golden brown, plate mai nikaal lay.

6..... serve it with sauce or mint chutni.

NOTE.....App iski tikki bana ker dahi soth k saath bhi serve ker saktay hai, ya tikki ko burgur mai bhi serve ker saktay hai.

App ismay dry fruits bhi fill ker saktay hai.
