INSTANT MANGO PICKLE

1.....1 KG.raw mango peel or without peel cut karay, chottay,chottay pieces mai.

2.....ek kanch( glass) jaar mai mango, 1 spoon each salt, degi mirch, 1/2 spoon haldi , 2 pinch heeng powder dalay.

3.....2 big spoon mustard oil dalay mix karay. Do chaar din dhoop mai rakhay ,ready to eat.

NOTE .....App chaaye to 10_12 hour k baad bhi kha saktay hai.

Chaaye to 2 big spoon mustard powder bhi daal saktay hai, tub isay madarasi pickle bolay gay.
