CHANA MASALA

WITHOUT ONION & TOMATOES

CHANNA MASALA

1.....1 glass white chanay 6,7 hour k liye bhigo day, ek whistle day, 15 min slow fire per rakhay.

2.....1 pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, 1/2 each jeera ,kasoori,bhuna jeera powder, methi,amchoor powder,salt red chilli powder, 1/4 garm Masala.

3.....1 spoon each chana Masala, dhaniya powder dalay ek min bhunay.

4..... Boil Cholay mai tadka dalay ek whistle day.

NOTE.....Kasoori methi daltay time dhyaan rakhay ki wo jalay nahi,nahi to taste khraab ho jayega

5..... Apnay taste kay according gravy ya dry rakhay.

6..... Garnish with sliced onion, Serve with poori,rice or bhatura.
