BESANI VEG BREAD
1..... Ek bowl mai 4 spoon besan,1/4 each salt, red chilli powder dalay mix karay or paani daal ker Pakoray jaisa batter bana lay.
2.....taway per 1/2 spoon oil falaaye ek bread slice lay us per ek spoon batter luga lay, batter wali side say taway per rakhay.
3..... Ab upper wali side per ek spoon batter luga ye, ek onion, ek tomato, ek green chilli chopped lay.
4..... Todi veggies upper ki side per rakhay, pooni( spoon) say press karay halka sa taaki veggies bahar na nikal sakay.
5.....neechay wali side light brown honay per, Ab veggies wali side palat ker light brown karay.
6..... Plate mai dalay serve with sauce or chutni.
NOTE.....Aap usmay koi bhi veggies like carrot, hara dhaniya, bell peppers etc.kuch bhi daal saktay hai.
