PATOR K PAKORAY. (arbi k pattay k pakoray)

1.....10 piece arbi k pattay wash karay. Beech ka mota danthal nikaal day.

2....20 full spoon besan,1 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, 4 spoon imli paste ya amchoor powder bowl mai dalay.

3..... Paani daal ker better ready karay, jasay pakoray k liye keray hai,takreeban 2_2 1/2 glass paani delayega.

4..... Plate mai ek leaf lay takreeban 1_1/2 big spoon besan ek leaf mai lagaye.

5..... Phir doosra patta usmay upper rakhay or better lagaye.ek k uper ek total 5 leaf rakhay.

6..... Phir tight fold karay roll bana lay. Roll k uper bhi thoda thoda besan luga day .Patilay mai itna paani boil karay jitna channi k neechay rahay,touch na karay channi ko.

7..... Channi ( stainer) patilay k uper rakhay, roll ismay rakhay dhak ker ,10_15 min steam day.

8..... Tooth pick say test keray ki besan puk gaya hai. Yadi kacha hai to thoda time or steam day

9..... Slice kaat lay,phir deep fry karay golden brown honay tuk.

10..... Serve it with sauce or mint chutney.

Note .....yadi besan kacha lagay slice kaat tay time to aap 3,4 min microwave bhi ker saktay hai.

App chaye to 3_3 leaf Kay roll bhi bana saktay hai, jasay 5,5 leaf k roll humnay banay hai.
