MASALA CHAAP
1.....1/2 Kg chaaps ki stick nikaal lay ,length wise cut karay, phir 4_4 piece mai cut karay.
2..... Chaaps pieces ko deep fry,golden brown karay, plate mai nikal lay.
3.....1 cooker mai 1 big spoon oil lay, 2 big chopped onion dalay light brown karay, 4 tomatoes ,10_15 garlic cloves ginger 1 piece ka paste dalay.
4.....1/2 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder, 1/4 each haldi ,garm Masala, 1spoon dhaniya powder dalay mix karay.
5..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay. Chaaps dalay ek cup paani dalay mix karay ek whistle day.
6..... Serve with roti or rice. Gravy mai according to taste panni dal saktay hai.
