YUMMY SAMOLINA TOAST
1..... 1 Cup sooji( samolina) 2 cup paani ya dahi mai bhigo day, 1/4 spoon salt dalay,mix karay.
2..... Jub sooji phool jaye,after 1 hour ,tub ready hai.
3.....1 bread slice lay, 1 spoon sooji batter is per spread karay, tawa garm karay, 1spoon oil dalay.
4.....sooji wali side say taway per rakhay, high flame per.
5.....2 onion ,2 tomatoes chopped lay,uper ki side per ,1 spoon sooji spread karay, thoda si chop veggies rakhay.
6..... Ponni ya flat spoon say press karay hulka sa taaki veggies chipk jaye.
7..... Nichay side per puk nay per, veggies wali side turn karay taway per ,slow fire per light brown honay tuk sakay.
8..... Than serve it with chutni or sauce.
NOTE.....App ismay apnay taste ki according koi bhi veggies daal saktay hai, like carrot,bell pepper, sweet corn etc.
